Scottish Cottage, Near Comrie, Perthshire, Scotland UK

This stunning Scottish country cottage is set near the village of Comrie. It is a wonderful place for a holiday and there is lots to see and do in Perthshire and the surrounding areas. Comrie is a delightful village with some excellent shops - great butcher and deli - and good cafes and restaurants if you don't want to cook on your self-catering holiday!

There is superb walking from the doorstep of the cottage - up into the surrounding mountains, or more gentle strolls along the River Earn. Fishing is excellent and permits are easily available for local rivers and lochs - salmon and trout fishing. Golf is of course a main attraction and Comrie has a challenging course! There are over 40 golf courses in Perthshire and many are within easy reach of our cottage - including Gleneagles. This is also a great place for a family holiday and we have children's bicycles available for guests to use free of charge. There are also lots of books and games provided and satellite TV.

The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and spacious. The kitchen is modern with everything you might need and the sitting room has an open fire - great for relaxing in front of in the evening. The large garden is securely fenced and there is a bbq and garden furniture for al fresco dining. The conservatory has a dining table in it and the views from here are magnificent.
