The cottage is located at the top of Church Lane in Cley behind the beautiful Perpendicular 14th century church, with glorious views of the church and the surrounding countyside.

The Three Swallows pub is two minutes walk away and the tea shops, delicatessen, pottery, art gallery, bookshop and beach are all less than thirty minutes walk away. The coast and salt marshes afford excellent birdwatching.
